Major facility maintenance issues that involve the Association, such as:
Major water leak in the Common Area or in a front yard
Pool or spa is overflowing or contaminated by bodily fluids or excessive burning chemicals
Interior water leak in any Lodge or Clubhouse area:

Vehicle Gate Won’t Open: It is an emergency if the auto gates will not open. The residents listed below can open the gates in the unlikely event that the power and back up batteries fail simultaneously. You might want to print this out as computer access will not be available if there is a power outage.
